Expert's Great Arcane Staff

Shoot a Chain Missile in the targeted direction, dealing 132 magical damage to the first enemy hit. Upon hitting an enemy, it will jump to the closest enemy within 7 of the last enemy hit, dealing 40 magical damage to all following enemies (can hit up to 3 targets; can't hit the same target multiple times). Applies one Arcane Charge to all enemies hit. Arcane Charges are consumed whenever you deal direct damage to the affected target, dealing an additional 60 magical damage (Chain Missile damage does not count as direct damage).

Shielded for up to 300. Immune to Forced Movement effects. Blocking a Forced Movement effect will end this effect.

Silenced

Combine up to two abilities. The combo resets after 4. 1st Enigma Blade: Conjure a magic blade that hits all enemies in a cone in the targeted direction, dealing 190 magical damage. Hitting at least one enemy enables the next combo ability. 2nd Flicker: Teleport to the targeted position (cannot teleport through obstacles). Grants immunity to damage for 0.2.

Purify up to allies in a radius, cleansing all Crowd Control effects and debuffs (except damage over time effects; can be used while stunned or silenced). Increases the cleansed allies' Move Speed by 40% for 3.

Fire arcane energy at the targeted enemy, dealing 125 magical damage. Decreases Defense by -30% for 4.

Empower the targeted ally while channeling for (can't be cast on self). Increases all damage the targeted ally deals by 8% every (stacks up to 10 times). The damage increase lasts for 0.8 after the channel ends.

Mimic the targeted player, granting access to a second-slot ability based on the weapon equipped by the target for 20. Casting Mimic on an Arcane Staff wielder will grant you access to Magic Shock (the cooldown is independent from the Magic Shock you can select as your first-slot ability). The ability goes on cooldown if you either cast the mimicked ability or do not cast it while you have access to it. If you cast the mimicked ability of another weapon, its cooldown is reduced by 20%.

After casting any spell, increase your Auto-Attack Speed by 1.2 and your Auto-Attack Range by 33% for the next 3 Auto-Attacks within 3.

Each Auto-Attack restores 1.24 Energy.

After every 5 spells cast increase your damage resistances by 24% for 3.

After every 5 spells cast your next Auto-Attack silences the targeted enemy for 1.25.

Freeze time for all enemies within a 5 radius for 2.5 (vs. players) / 3.5 (vs. mobs) (ignores Crowd Control Resistance). Targets frozen in time are stunned. Enemy players frozen in time are also immune to damage and all abilities. Enemy mobs frozen in time are also immune to all abilities (except ability damage). Targets cannot be frozen again for 11.5.
